Libya’s budget for 2007 will reach to 31 billions LY dinars, the Secretary of the General People’s Committee has said.
Speaking at the sideline of the evening session of the meeting of the General Planning Council, the Secretary underlined that 65% of the budget will be allocated to development programmes. “ The priority is for infrastructure projects such as education, health and social services.” He said. He stressed that this increase of the budget will achieve 7 percent growth and it will activate the salary system. He noted that this budget will offer 110 thousands vacancies. |
