The British Fair for Training and Educational Equipments began Sunday morning at the Daat Al-Imad Complex in Tripoli.
More than 50 British universities and specialized educational establishments in teaching English Language in Libya participated in the fair according to the Libyan state news agency. The agency reported that the opening of the fair was attended by the British Minister for Trade and Investment at the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Industry, Ian Pearson, the Libyan Assistant Secretary for Higher Education, the Director General of the Libyan Graduate Studies Academy and a number of Libyan university professors. The fair was co-organized by the Libyan Graduate Studies Academy and the British Cultural Council which has the mission of spreading English language and thought favourable to the British government throughout the world. |
